William "Billy" Kendall Aker | Serenity Funeral Care
A dedicated individual, William devoted over 30 years to establishing and managing A & A Remodeling, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and exceptional craftsmanship. A respected Northern Kentucky University alum, he showcased his passion for baseball through his participation in the team and his coaching contributions. His love for sports extended beyond the field, with a steadfast loyalty to the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, and Kentucky Wildcats.
Renowned for his authenticity, loyalty, and compassionate nature, William was a valued friend to many. Sociable, well-regarded, and adept at making others feel appreciated, he made lasting connections. A loving father and grandfather, he held his family in the highest regard, finding profound joy in conversations about his beloved grandchildren.
Those who had the privilege of knowing William will deeply miss his kindness, industriousness, and warm demeanor. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica (Zak) Tilford; son, Eric (Annie) Simon; brother, Bob Aker; sister, Vonnie Aker; nieces, Courtney Craig and Heather Craig; nephew, Nick Aker; and cherished grandchildren: Brycen Schatzman, Adalyn Tilford, Weston Simon, Joshua Tilford, and Molly Simon.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, February 21, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Pee Wee's Place, located at 2325 Anderson Road, Crescent Springs, KY 41017. Online condolences may be left on Facebook or at SerenityFuneralCare.com.
