A Special Meeting of the Covington Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will be held in person on November 15, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at City Hall, 20 W. Pike Street, Covington, KY 41011 for the purpose of an annual presentation by the City Administrator regarding 2:30 a.m. permit renewals and discussion of the City Admionistrator's recommendations.
