Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the University of the Cumberlands

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the University of the Cumberlands, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Kentucky students paid $23,000 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 426 students received grants or scholarships totaling $7.7 million and 292 students took out student loans totaling more than $2.3 million.

Including all undergraduates (13,472), 1,853 students used grants or scholarships totaling $28 million, and 1,336 students took out $9.4 million in federal student loans.
