Wilma Ruth Flynn, 79, of Erlanger, KY, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2025. Wilma spent many years as an IRS manager and was a cherished elder and lifelong member of First Christian Church in Covington. She loved visiting the casino, was a dedicated fan of Elvis Presley, and had a soft spot for animals. Wilma’s passion for sports shone through, particularly in her support for the Cincinnati Reds and the University of Kentucky Wildcats.

Wilma is survived by her daughter Sheila Iott, son Chuck Philpot, sister Charlene Bowling, granddaughter Krista Davis, RN, and great-granddaughter Sarina Huth. A funeral service will be held at First Christian Church in Covington on Saturday, June 7, 2025, with a visitation starting at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY. Memorial contributions can be made to the First Christian Church Memorial Endowment Fund. Flowers can be sent to Stith Funeral Home in Florence.
