Massie has represented Kentucky’s 4th District in Congress since succeeding Geoff Davis in 2012 and previously served in state and local government roles. He was born in Huntington, West Virginia in 1971 and resides in Garrison. Massie is also a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), earning his BS degree in 1993.
