Thomas Massie, U.S. Congressman representing Kentucky’s 4th district since 2012, recently took to social media to highlight his legislative priorities and public engagements.
On August 19, 2025, Massie urged constituents to support his proposed legislation by posting: “Good morning! Today would be a great day to tell your representative to cosponsor my Dual Loyalty Disclosure Act (HR 2356).
If dual citizens run for office, they should disclose ALL countries in which they hold citizenship. Don’t you agree? https://t.co/72YY1kit4N“
The following day, August 20, Massie promoted an upcoming radio appearance with the post: “I’ll be on @55KRC’s ‘Brian Thomas Morning Show’ with guest host Gary Jeff Walker today at 8:05 AM ET. Tune in!
Later that same morning, he posted a brief comment accompanied by a thinking face emoji: “Make it make sense! https://t.co/LW0iKeolv0”
Massie has represented Kentucky’s 4th District in Congress since succeeding Geoff Davis in 2012 and previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives as well as holding the position of Lewis County Judge Executive. Born in Huntington, West Virginia in 1971 and currently residing in Garrison, Massie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which he earned in 1993.
