Thomas Massie, a U.S. Congressman representing Kentucky’s 4th district since 2012, posted several updates on his social media accounts this week, including strong criticism of the FBI and announcements about upcoming radio appearances.

On October 6, 2025, Massie expressed frustration regarding an unspecified action by the FBI, writing, “Literally, we should fire everyone involved and dissolve the branch of the FBI that did this. But in reality, we won’t even deprive them of one toner cartridge.”

Two days later, on October 8, Massie informed his followers about scheduled interviews on regional radio programs. At 11:34 AM UTC, he posted, “I’ll be on @55KRC’s ‘Brian Thomas Morning Show’ today at 8:05 AM ET. Tune in! https://t.co/mTpWeT9O5g” Later that morning at 13:31 UTC, he added, “I’ll be joining @vincecoakley on WBT 1110 AM (Charlotte, NC) today at 10:06 am ET. Tune in! https://t.co/7eTpfnFW73”

Massie has represented Kentucky’s 4th District in Congress since succeeding Geoff Davis in 2012. Before his tenure in the U.S. House of Representatives, he served as Lewis County Judge Executive and was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives. Massie was born in Huntington, West Virginia in 1971 and resides in Garrison. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1993.
