U.S. Congressman Thomas Massie, representing Kentucky’s 4th district, announced on November 18, 2025, that he and Rep. Ro Khanna appeared on CNN’s AC360 to discuss their bipartisan effort to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files.

In a tweet posted at 13:02 UTC, Massie stated: “Last night @RepRoKhanna and I joined @AC360 to discuss our successful discharge petition to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files. The vote is TODAY.”

Later that morning at 13:50 UTC, Massie added: “Victims deserve justice and Americans deserve transparency.” At 14:15 UTC, he also posted a tweet containing only a link: “https://t.co/6baC3AGqTH”.

Thomas Massie has served in Congress since 2012 after replacing Geoff Davis as representative for Kentucky’s 4th district. Before his tenure in Congress, Massie served in the Kentucky House of Representatives and as Lewis County Judge Executive. Born in Huntington, West Virginia in 1971, he currently resides in Garrison and graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS degree in 1993.

The discharge petition referenced by Massie is intended to compel a congressional vote regarding the public release of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. The issue has been under scrutiny due to longstanding public interest and demands for transparency surrounding the case.
