Theresa “Terry” Lee Gray, 78, of Elsmere, passed away on June 5, 2025, in Edgewood, KY. Born on February 12, 1947, in Hamilton, OH, to Matthew and Vera Stortz, Theresa was a devoted member of St. Paul Church in Florence, KY. She dedicated her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Florence Park Care Center, where she shared her love and compassion with those under her care.

Christmas held a special place in Theresa’s heart, and she found joy in playing bingo, visiting the casino, and most of all, spending cherished moments with her family, particularly her beloved grandchildren.

She is now reunited with her husband of almost 50 years, Gary Gray, and her sons, Jeff and Todd Gray, as well as her daughter-in-law, Amy Gray. Theresa is survived by her son, Scott Gray (Christy), daughter Jen Gray, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and siblings, Mike, Dan, Kevin, Pat, and Mike Stortz, who will cherish her memory dearly.

A Mass of Christian Burial honoring Theresa’s life will be held on Thursday, June 12, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Florence, KY. Visitation will precede the service at Stith Funeral Home. Theresa will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY.
