Alvaro “Al” Miguel Montero, a dedicated entrepreneur with a passion for soccer and travel, peacefully passed away on April 15, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence. Born on June 15, 1959, in Montevideo, Uruguay, Al was known for his optimistic pursuit of new ideas and opportunities, as well as his love for birds and storytelling. Survived by his wife, children, sisters, and best friend, Al will be remembered for his unwavering pride and support for his family.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Serenity Funeral Care in Covington, KY, to celebrate Al’s life. His memory will be forever cherished by those who knew and loved him.
