The Florence Fire/EMS Department, in collaboration with Kroger, is organizing a Holiday Toy Drive on Saturday, December 7, 2024. The event will take place from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Kroger located on Mall Road in Florence.
The community is encouraged to participate in the "Fill the Truck" initiative by donating toys and hygiene products. These contributions will be directed to the Boone County Family Resource Center to support local children and families during the holiday season.
Santa Claus will also make an appearance at the event, offering attendees a chance for photos and festive cheer. The Florence Fire/EMS Department aims to brighten the holidays for those in need through this partnership with Kroger.
