Phyllis Marie Griffin, 72, of Burlington, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on November 27, 2024. Born in Covington, Kentucky, on August 12, 1952, she was the daughter of Cecil and Frances Putthoff (nee Chappie).

Phyllis dedicated many years to being a homemaker and later found joy in her work at Toys R Us, creating lasting memories. A passionate collector, she adored her collection of knickknacks, with each piece holding a special place in her heart.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Frances Putthoff, and her husband, William Griffin. Phyllis is survived by her children: Cathy Putthoff, William Griffin, Jennifer Griffin, step-daughters Wendy Griffin, Wanda Setter, and Wilma Griffin. She leaves behind an adoring family, including 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, along with many other family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions in Erlanger, Kentucky. The funeral ceremony will follow at 1:00 PM, with burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
