City of Florence Mayor - Dr. Julie Metzger Aubuchon | City of Florence website
The Florence Police Department is now accepting applications for their 2024 Florence Police Citizen's Academy. This eight-week class meets every Wednesday beginning October 9, 2024, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm and will conclude on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. There will be no class the week of Thanksgiving. Participants will learn and experience what it is like to be a police officer in a wide range of law enforcement duties.
The application deadline is Monday, September 16, 2024. Spots are limited.
