The City of Florence is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a blood drive on Thursday, February 8, 2024. The event will take place at the Florence Government Center, located at 8100 Ewing Blvd in Florence, Kentucky. Donors can find the donor bus stationed in the south parking lot, specifically on the Aquatic Center side.

In an effort to accommodate as many donors as possible, the blood drive will run in two time slots. The first slot will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., followed by the second slot from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This allows donors to choose a time that is most convenient for them to contribute.

To express their gratitude for the generosity of donors, the City of Florence will be gifting an exclusive FC Cincinnati Scarf to all participants. This token of appreciation serves as a thank you for making a difference in the community.

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, donors are strongly encouraged to schedule appointments in advance. This can be done online through Hoxworth at the provided link - https://hoxworth.org/groups/florence. Alternatively, donors can call the dedicated phone number at (513) 451-0910 to secure their appointment. By scheduling in advance, donors can avoid any potential wait times and help the blood drive run smoothly.

The City of Florence encourages all residents to join together in this noble cause. By donating blood, individuals have the opportunity to save lives and make a positive impact in their community. The City of Florence is proud to support this important initiative and hopes to see a strong turnout on February 8th.

In the words of the City of Florence, "Join us in making a difference." Don't miss this opportunity to give back and contribute to the well-being of others. Mark your calendars for February 8th and help save lives.
