The City of Florence is excited to announce the upcoming Book and Literacy Festival, a two-day event dedicated to the joy of reading and storytelling. Scheduled for February 23 and 24, this festival promises to be a celebration of words, stories, and imagination.

The festival will kick off on Friday, February 23, with a series of youth programs designed to engage and inspire young minds. From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., children will have the opportunity to participate in various activities that promote literacy and foster a love for books. This will be followed by family and adult programs on Saturday, February 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
