Of the 8,278 people living in Fort Mitchell in 2020, 51 percent (4,224) were women and 49 percent (4,054) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Kentucky News.

There were as many males 18 and over as females. In the 65 and over age range, there were 623 females and 509 males.
