Of the 333 people living in Glencoe in 2020, 49.8 percent (166) were women and 50.2 percent (167) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Kentucky News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 11. In the 65 and over age range, there were 61 females and 68 males.
