Richard Michael Witte, 74, of Middleton, TN, formerly of Bellevue, passed away at his residence on Saturday, October 4, 2025. He was a University of Cincinnati graduate and worked for Dover Elevator as a Systems Analyst for 50 years before retiring.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Cyril & Margaret Witte, and his sister-in-law, Betty Haas. He is survived by his wife, Joan Witte; brother, David Witte; brothers-in-law Robert & Murdock Birkenhauer; sisters-in-law Barbara Burton, Sandra Kuhl, and Donna King; along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10-12 p.m., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 p.m., on Monday, October 13, at Holy Spirit Parish in Newport. Richard will be laid to rest at St. Stephen Cemetery in Ft. Thomas.
