Thomas Massie, currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Kentucky’s 4th district since 2012, has recently posted several statements on social media addressing a range of topics from vaccine mandates to personal injury. Massie, who succeeded Geoff Davis and holds a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, shared his perspectives with his followers in early July 2025.

On July 11, 2025, Massie commented on legal proceedings involving Dr. Kirk Moore and federal vaccine mandates. He stated, “Dr. Kirk Moore should NOT be prosecuted for helping people avoid the tyrannical vax mandates, which were based on a corrupted FDA approval process. I deposed the two high level FDA reviewers who quit (and their corrupt boss) when Biden admin told to modify the approval process.”

The following day, on July 12, 2025, Massie made a brief statement regarding Tucker Carlson’s public persona: “Tucker isn’t afraid.”

Later that same day, Massie described a recent personal accident while maintaining his property: “They can shove a metal pin up my thumb and I still won’t vote for it! What really happened: A drunkard hit my cattle fence this week, and in my rush to repair it before it got dark, I shattered the bone in my thumb using a fence post driver. Exposed compound fracture… Ouch!!”

Massie was born in Huntington, West Virginia in 1971 and currently resides in Garrison. Before entering Congress he served in the Kentucky House of Representatives and as Lewis County Judge Executive.
