Patton Keith Eggleston, 69, of Independence, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. He was born on February 16, 1957, in Fort Sumter, South Carolina.

He is survived by his mother, Janet Kelly; sons Christopher J. (Elizabeth) Eggleston and Randy A. Eggleston; grandchildren Ethan C., Braden C., and Isabel J. Eggleston; sister Laura K. (Matthew) Hellrung; fiancée Rebecca A. Estes, and other family members and friends.

Keith enjoyed flying model airplanes, collecting model trains, fishing, and gardening. He valued spending time with his family.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 15, 2026, with visitation from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions – Northern Kentucky Chapel in Erlanger, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association. Guests may share memories and leave condolences for the family in the guest book.
