The City of Covington is inviting developers to submit proposals for redeveloping nearly three acres of city-owned land into new market-rate homes across two neighborhoods. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience and project feasibility with submissions due by July 2026.
The City of Covington has published its draft agenda and related documents for the June 9 Board of Commissioners legislative meeting.
