The city of Covington, Kentucky, is set to host NKY Pride 2025, a weekend-long celebration of inclusivity and diversity. The event kicks off tonight with the NKY Pride Rooftop Drag Show at Braxton Brewing Co., hosted by Molly Mormen. This evening will also see the release of Braxton’s Archive Series: Strawberry Kiwi Lager.

Saturday features the NKY Pride 2025 Pop-Up Shop offering exclusive Pride merchandise, including a BLDG-designed t-shirt and various accessories. Sunday marks the highlight with the 16th Annual NKY Pride Festival & Parade concluding at Goebel Park. An after-party will follow at Coppin’s at Hotel Covington, featuring emcees Brooklyn Steele-Tate and Sarah Jessica Darker.

Additional activities include Guess That Song: 2010s Throwback Trivia Night at Purrfect Day Cat Café on Friday, where participants can enjoy music trivia with a feline twist. The Youth Fishing Derby takes place on Saturday at Prisoners Lake in Devou Park for children aged 15 and under.

Art enthusiasts can join Kool Kat in The Spotlight: A Shakespearean Masterpiece painting class at Purple Paisley on Saturday. Meanwhile, Kenton County Public Library hosts Heroes, Myths and Legends: Summer Reading Quest Kickoff.

Smoke Justis supports ALS awareness through Que4Care events culminating in a BBQ Street Party on Saturday. Live music performances are scheduled throughout the weekend across various venues.
