Independence, Kentucky – Jane Lother (nee: Tebbe), 94, of Independence, KY, peacefully passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025, at Rosedale Green. Jane was a beloved mother, grandma, memaw, great-grandma, and cherished friend. An ardent reader, her greatest joy came from spending quality time with her family, alongside her closest friend Linda. Jane’s heart lit up during the Christmas season, especially St. Nicholas, where she found immense happiness in baking and sharing Christmas cookies.
Jane is survived by her loving daughters: Barbara (David) Dreher, Beth (Tony) Buerger, and Susan Mollman; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Lother, parents, and siblings.
A visitation to honor Jane will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM at St. Barbara Catholic Church, followed by the mass of Christian burial at 11:00 AM.
