Helen LaVerne Rogers, 92, formerly of Dayton, KY, passed away on Friday, June 20th, 2025. She was a valedictorian of her class at St. Benedict Business High School and devoted nearly 25 years of service to McAlpin’s Department Store and Dillard’s. She also served as a Naval Reserve “Wave” and contributed to various community organizations.
Survived by her husband, Monte Rogers, daughter Michele, son-in-law Mike, grandchildren Nick and Emma, and sister Marilyn Dehnert-Tabb. Services will be held at Dobbling Funeral Home in Ft. Thomas, KY, on June 27th, 2025, with donations requested in her name to Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH/NKY.
