Erlanger, Kentucky – Garrett T. Berhiet, 23, of Erlanger, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Born on August 30, 2001, in Edgewood, Kentucky, Garrett enjoyed a life enriched by his love for the outdoors and a passion for cooking and sharing meals with his loved ones.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Janet Maxwell, Garrett is survived by his parents, Gary T. and Amanda Berhiet, his sister, Anagail R. Berhiet, and his maternal grandmother, Nancy K. Partin, along with many relatives and friends who will dearly miss him.
Garrett found solace in the outdoors, embracing activities like hiking and camping. He had a keen interest in geography and history, along with spending time watching movies. However, his greatest joy was found in the kitchen, preparing meals to bring happiness to those he cared about.
As a tribute to Garrett, contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at PO Box 22324, New York, NY 10087. A funeral ceremony is scheduled for Monday, July 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM, with a visitation preceding from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions – Northern Kentucky Chapel, located at 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
