Frieda Bertha Thrasher, 69, of Covington, KY, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. Born on July 20, 1955, Frieda was the cherished daughter of the late Ervin and Virginia Milburn.

Frieda was a spirited woman who found delight in life’s simple pleasures, from watching wrestling and old western movies to cooking her famous fried chicken and chili. Family was at the heart of her joy, and she treasured time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents and siblings Marvin and Tina, Frieda is survived by her loving children Billy, Dennis, David, Tonya, Anthony, Lisa, and Amber, siblings Judy, Connie, Jeff, Timmy, Randy, and Dennis, as well as 32 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Her legacy of love and strength lives on in each of them.

Visitation and a funeral service will be held on June 6, 2025, at Serenity Funeral Care in Covington, with the visitation beginning at 11:00 AM and the service at 1:00 PM. To plant a memorial tree in memory of Frieda, a lasting tribute can be made through the Tree Store.
