Community members in Florence are invited to enjoy outdoor movie nights as “Movies in the Park” returns this June. Two evenings of family-friendly entertainment are scheduled, with screenings set to take place under the stars at local parks.

The event will feature two films: “Inside Out 2” on June 13 at Florence Nature Park and “Top Gun: Maverick” on June 20 at Skees Senior Center. Attendees can begin arriving at 8:30 p.m., with the movies starting at dusk. Admission is free, and complimentary popcorn will be available.

Local food trucks will provide various food and drink options for purchase. Dreamy’s Ice Cream and Poseidon’s Pizza will attend both events, while Papa Pat’s Hotdogs and Catering will join only for the June 13 showing.

In case of rain, the movie night will be canceled. The community is encouraged to check for updates on the official website or follow “City of Florence, Kentucky – Mayor Aubuchon’s Office” on social media.
