Florence announces winners of 2025 photo contest in people category

The City of Florence has announced the winners of its 2025 Community Photo Contest, specifically in the People of Florence category. The city expressed gratitude to all participants for their contributions in capturing the essence of Florence through photography.

In first place is Tyler Hill with “Fireworks at the Ballpark.” Kathy Kuhn secured second place with her entry titled “Independence Day.” Jacob Adams took third place with his photograph “Thinking at Lincoln.” Additionally, Kim Ashworth received an honorable mention for her work “People at Southfork.”

Each photograph was noted for uniquely capturing the community’s spirit and showcasing impressive talent. The city congratulates all winners for their achievements.
