The City of Florence will host its annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The gathering is scheduled to take place at the Florence Government Center, located at 8100 Ewing Blvd, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

National Night Out is a yearly initiative designed to foster relationships between local communities and law enforcement. The event also seeks to promote neighborhood safety and improve the quality of life for residents. This year’s program will include opportunities for attendees to meet with city officials, councilmembers, and community vendors. Displays featuring Police, Fire, and Public Services equipment will be available, along with food options and various vendors.

According to the City of Florence, “National Night Out is an excellent opportunity for neighbors to connect, share ideas, and create a sense of unity within the community. By participating in this event, you play an essential role in making the City of Florence an even better place to live, work, and play.”

There is no cost for community members to attend. Residents seeking additional information can contact the Administration Department at 859-647-8177.
