David H. Shepherd, known affectionately as Dave, passed away on December 15, 2025, in Edgewood, Kentucky, at the age of 79. Originally from Owensboro, Kentucky, Dave made a significant impact as a veteran of the United States Air Force and later in his career as a dedicated law enforcement officer and private investigator.
