City of Florence schedules community blood drive for October 9

The City of Florence has announced a blood drive to be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025. The event will take place at the Florence Government Center, located at 8100 Ewing Blvd., with the donor bus positioned near the north parking lot.

The blood drive is scheduled in two sessions: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. According to city officials, all donors will receive an Elly De La Cruz shirt as a token of appreciation.

Donors are encouraged to make appointments online through Hoxworth at https://hoxworth.org/groups/florence or by calling (513)451-0910 to help streamline the process and ensure an efficient experience.
