The lowest reported price for diesel gas in Boone County was $2.86 per gallon during the week ending Feb. 21, available at one gas station, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, diesel gas averaged $3.33 per gallon.
Of the 62 reported gas stations located within Boone County, 42 offered diesel gas.
