Cecil Bowman, 67, of Newport, KY, passed away on July 3, 2025. Known for his kind and joyful nature, Cecil was a lover of laughter, dancing, and spending time with others. He had an outgoing personality and cherished cleanliness. Survived by his siblings and nieces and nephews, Cecil’s warm heart and big smile will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
