Betty L. Oard, aged 87, passed away on December 17, 2025. She was born on July 11, 1938.

Known for her poised demeanor and impeccable fashion sense, Betty took great pride in her appearance, always exuding confidence and elegance. An aficionado of fashion, she delighted in shopping for clothing in shades of white and gold, ensuring that those around her felt appreciated and cared for.

A passionate traveler, Betty particularly relished her trips to Las Vegas alongside her husband, Don, where they created lasting memories together before their son, Greg, embarked on his Marine Corps journey. A pillar of unwavering support, Betty prioritized being present for her family during significant moments, offering a constant source of comfort and reliability. Her deep bond with her sister, Mary, her enduring friendship with Helen Reiber, and her affection for her dogs – Brandy, Pepper, and Symphony – were testaments to the love she shared with those around her.

Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband Donald Oard, her parents Henry and Ann Moyer, her granddaughter Dannielle (Katie) Rouse, and her siblings.

She is survived by her son, Greg (Sonja) Rouse, grandchildren Greg (Amy) Rouse and Brad (Brett) Rouse, great-grandchildren Claudia, Grayson, Oliver, Rafe, and Braxton, her lifelong friend Helen Reiber, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation to pay respects to Betty will be held on December 22, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Linnemann Funeral Homes, Erlanger, with a funeral service following at 12:00 p.m. Betty will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
